I knew I had to start somewhere. This is first day of my Life-Changing Transformation
My goal was to wear this dress for my daughter’s first birthday. I had to lose weight to make it happen. So, I started with daily exercise and careful eating. I still enjoyed my favourite foods and embraced my weight loss journey.
This was the day I got into the dress. I wish I had better photos 🥰 I never dreamt I would go on to start my own exercise class for mums…….
